1. Agreement

By using Smokoin you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Who we are

Smokoin (the "Service") lets you sell cryptocurrencies and receive local-currency payouts. The Service operates in Nigeria and Ghana.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction.

4. Accounts and verification

• Anonymous trades are capped per jurisdiction's small-value limit.
• Upgraded tiers (phone, ID-verified) unlock higher caps.
• We may require additional verification under applicable AML rules.

5. Trade execution

• Quoted exchange rates are valid for the trade expiry window (30 minutes by default).
• If your deposit arrives after expiry, the trade is expired; funds may be refunded subject to our Refund Policy.
• We may route trades through third-party exchange partners.

6. Fees and payouts

• Fees are disclosed at trade creation.
• Payouts are sent to the bank or mobile-money account you specify.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your payout details.

7. Prohibited use

You may not use the Service for money laundering, financing illicit activity, or in breach of sanctions.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for crypto-market volatility, on-chain delays, or third-party service failures beyond our reasonable control.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes take effect on the Effective Date shown above.
