Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellations

You can cancel a pending trade at any time before sending crypto. Use the Cancel this trade button on the deposit page.

Expired trades

If the deposit window elapses before your crypto arrives, the trade is marked expired. You may open a new trade at the current market rate.

Late deposits

If your deposit arrives after expiry, we will contact you to arrange either:

1. A payout at the then-current market rate, or
2. A crypto refund to a wallet you specify (minus network fees).

Failed payouts

If a bank or mobile-money payout fails, we will re-attempt or contact you to correct the account details. No fees are charged for retries.

Disputes

Email support@smokoin.local with your transaction reference. We respond within 2 business days.
