How long does a trade take?

Most trades complete in under 10 minutes from the moment your crypto confirms on-chain. Some networks confirm slower — see our supported networks page.

What's the deposit window?

You have 30 minutes to send crypto from the time you create a trade. After that the quoted rate expires.

What if my deposit is late?

Email support with your transaction reference. We'll process it at the current market rate or refund the crypto minus network fees.

Why do limits exist?

Trading without an account is limited for compliance reasons. Verifying your phone or ID unlocks higher daily caps.

Fees

All fees are shown at trade creation. Network fees (paid to miners/validators) are separate and disclosed in advance.
